ROOM RENTAL AND USAGE GUIDELINES
The Brainerd Center on 803 Kingwood is located in the heart of Downtown Brainerd. This building serves as a hub of activity and connection Monday through Friday, but many of our main-level rooms are available for rent after hours and on weekends. These rooms are perfect for family gatherings like baby or bridal showers, family celebrations, meetings, classes, and events. To reserve a room, call 218-454-5055.
Our Great Room
The Great Room seats around 100 people and features multiple tables. Rates are $100 for Non-Members and $50.00 for Members. Located just inside the main lobby.
The Kitchen
The Center's Kitchen is right off the Great Room. Perfect for food prep and beverages. Rates are $65 for Non-Members and $35.00 for Members.
The Craft Room
A non-carpeted room perfect for classes and gatherings. Seats 30-36 people. Rates are $50 for Non-Members and $35.00 for Members.
The Card Room
A spacious and cozy room with six 4-person tables. Rates for the Card Room are $50 for Non-Members and $35.00 for Members.
The Board Room
Professional feel with padded chairs and U-shaped table setup. Rates are $65 for Non-Members and $45.00 for Members.
Small Conference Room
Professional feel with great natural light and U-shaped table setup. Seats 12-16. Rates are $65 for non-members and $45.00 for Members.
