So, what is the difference between September 25th's Ageless Expo and September 21-24th's Senior Health and Wellness Week?

Great question!

The difference between the two is pretty simple. September 21-24th's Senior Health and Wellness Week is basically a normal week of activities (think quilters, knitters, Bone Builders, Card Groups, Memory Choir, Toymakers, etc.), but we've sprinkled in some extra things that are interesting and relevant to the 45+ demographic.

For example, on Monday (9/21/26), Rena Bolt and Kelli Johnson from Crow Wing Energized will be on hand to share their wealth of resources that are available to the senior population.

On Tuesday, 9/22/26, Collette from Essentia will be in our third-floor conference room from 1:00-2:30 to facilitate a free CPR/AED training session.

On Wednesday, 9/23/26, from 9:30-11:00 AM, Natalie from Aging Pathways will be presenting in the Great Room on how Money Saver can help seniors.

On Thursday, 9/24/26, Cristina Rodriguez, Care Navigator, CDP, ADDCT, will be in the Great Room sharing Tips and Tricks for a Healthy Brain and Sharp Memory from 9:00-10:00 AM. Immediately after, Teresia Mortensen will be in the Board Room to lead a session on relaxation and breathwork.

AND THEN, there's FRIDAY the 25TH!
